My name is Sarah and I am a therapist who supports:
Children (10+) and teens who feel anxious, find school hard, struggle with friends or family, or have ADHD or Autism.
Adults who feel worried, low in mood, stuck in sadness, or are healing from difficult past experiences.
Families and couples who want to stop arguments, talk more clearly, and feel closer again.
If you or your child are finding things tough and want caring, practical help, you are welcome to book an appointment with me.
How we work together:
- We will talk about what’s going well and what’s hard.
- I teach practical skills for calming down, sleeping better, focusing, and handling worries.
- I use fun, age-friendly resources to make learning easier.
- We set goals to help you or your child feel safer, stronger, and more confident.
What can improve:
- Less worry and avoidance, better attendance.
- Better sleep, more energy and a brighter mood.
- Stronger family communication and relationships.
- Everyday tools to handle stress and challenges.
Eunoia [yoo’-noy-ah] (n.) beautiful thinking: a well mind
N.B. I have had both of my Covid vaccinations and my booster.
