What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is an alternative treatment for emotional or physical pain. It believes if we tap our body in certain areas we can create a balance in our energy system which works in a similar way to acupuncture but by using our fingers instead of needles.
What does EFT do?
It focuses on releasing blockages so the problem emotions or pain can be released and move through the body. This process is started with acceptance statements then tapping takes place whilst you focus on a specific thought or feeling.
