Hi, my name is Richard,

Are you struggling with ADHD or Autism? Experiencing challenges that relate to neurodiversity? Undergoing the realisation that you or a loved one is becoming aware of your challenges? Do you feel like you have problems that nobody else can understand? Do you just want to be heard?

I came to the realisation that many of my problems stemmed from the complexity of having ADHD and Autism, this understanding has enlightened me and helped me focus on my strengths and build on my weaknesses. If you would like help to understand yourself, build your confidence and self-esteem and work towards a fulfilling life then I am passionate in working together to reach your goals.

I am currently working towards my degree in integrative counselling and have undergone training in suicide, self-harm, mental health problems, and behaviour challenges. With personal experience of managing ADHD and Autism.

Over recent years I have overcome many of the unique challenges relating to neurodiversity and have developed a deep understanding of individuals personal strengths and weaknesses that affect our daily lives. This has developed my passion towards helping others, understand themselves or others they care about by exploring ways to manage and cope with their challenges.

I use integrative therapy revolving around a humanistic approach to ensure you are heard and understood. This way I hope to work collaboratively with my clients to ensure they can live a happy, enjoyable and fulfilling life.
