I am a registered BACP counsellor and student COSRT therapist who works with couples and families who are navigating the challenges of modern relationships, including communication difficulties, separation, affairs, parenting conflict, and the emotional impact of change and loss.

My approach is integrative, helping clients explore both the practical patterns that shape their relationships and the emotional experiences that impact them. I offer a reflective, compassionate and safe space to make sense of what’s happening, develop healthier ways of communicating, and rebuild trust, whether the goal is to reconnect, separate well, or strengthen family dynamics.

I am experienced in supporting clients through a range of life experiences, including co-parenting challenges and complex family systems, as well as the influence of extended family in-laws, and the intergenerational pattern. My work is grounded in ethical, inclusive and culturally sensitive practice, with attention to how identity, trauma, sexuality and disability shape our relational lives.
