Criteria to access this service

  • If you are suffering with any of the above symptoms and you would like to do the work to make the changes you want.
  • If you have been diagnosed with panic attacks/anxiety attacks. You do not need a referral from your G.P.
  • Please go onto our therapist’s page and choose which person you would like to work with. You are able to choose an appointment on there and go ahead and book it.
