We are looking for highly motivated, affiliate psychological practitioners, working in their own private practice, to join our team and help us on our mission to provide the best service possible to a wide variety of mental health needs, using a discipline of empirically evidenced therapeutic models.

Some therapists start their work with a variety of client groups not really knowing where they would want to specialise. As experience is gained they find an area that lights them up, becomes especially important to them, or becomes their passion. We provide the place for this discovery to take place as client groups can be individually tailored and adapted, for this growth to take place.

For experienced therapist who would like to join us and knows the areas of work they prefer, we can of course accommodate this for you straight away. Not only that, we wish to support you in any way you want to grow your private practice. Using Grey Matters Centre as an umbrella term, you can run your business without having to worry about the premises you will do this from, as this will all be taken care of for you, worry free. For example: you might wish to run some support groups or some workshops. or perhaps you already know how you want to run your practice? That’s fine by us as we are open to all dialogue and discussions about any goals you may have.

The start of the journey of joining us is an initial appointment to see if we would be compatible and able to meet each others needs. The day and room you require can be negotiated. You have the option of bringing your own clients and seeing them in the time you have booked out with us, or you can receive referrals from Grey Matters Centre. That is up to you and can be discussed.  A lot of our therapists begin working with us for half a day per week until they build up their client base. Then they can choose as many days as they wish.

A second appointment is then arranged so that all documentation can be provided and policies and procedures gone through.

GROUP FACILITATOR 

Grey Matters Centre is a dynamic and fast-growing company specialising in Mental Health. We are transforming the world of therapy and for that we need energetic, determind and driven people to join us. The group facilitator role on offer would take a pivotal position in delivering courses to clients and facilitating groups on either your specialist area or written courses from others.  This is a unique opportunity to join our company and become one of our highly trained team of professionals helping people to live their lives the way they want to, and making a difference.

Currently we have an availability for a self-employed group facilitator or teacher, on mental health issues at Grey Matters Centre in Ashby, Scunthorpe.

 


LIFE COACH

We’re currently offering an exciting opportunity for a life coach to join our established therapeutic centre.

At Grey Matters Centre, we believe in a holistic and person-centred approach to wellbeing. We feel that life coaching aligns beautifully with our values and therapeutic ethos, and we’re keen to collaborate with a coach whose approach compliments our team.

BUSINESS COACH

We are looking for a business coach to join our multidisciplinary team at Grey Matters Centre.

We believe that business coaching compliments the therapeutic and wellbeing services we already offer, and we’re excited to expand our support for clients who are navigating professional or entrepreneurial challenges.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

This position is for a self-employed person, working between the hours of 10am and 2pm on a Friday. 

The Main Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as a lead point of contact for clients attendees, and other professionals – handle calls and emails, and manage incoming and outgoing post. 

Ensure a safe, welcoming, confidential environment

Determine and manage client requirements and experience

Build strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain a booking system with other professionals

To attend to therapists, clients, attendees and other professionals both in person, telephone and online and provide support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with our standards of care

Organise meetings, trainings, workshops and other events.

Assist with onboarding new team members

Prepare correspondance and documents 

Marketing duties

Ensure record keeping and data entry meet ISO standards

Familiarity with procedures and protocols for handling confidential information.

Identify, qualify, propose, negotiate and close sales 

Be invested in visibility and growth

Book keeping and invoicing

Managing and updating the online booking system

Have responsibility towards self-development

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years Admin experience

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Excellent numeracy skills and precise data entry

Proactive, self-organising and exceptionally well-organised 

Focused on practical solutions

Ability to build credible relationships and comfortable meeting new people
