Our goal is to provide all our clients with the highest quality of service and flexibility. To ensure fairness to all clients and our therapists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Notice Requirements
- Individual Appointments:
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- Group or Extended Sessions (2+ hours):
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancellations made with less than the required notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking fee.
- No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is permitted within the notice period without additional charges.
- Rescheduling outside the notice period will be considered a late cancellation, and the above fees will apply.
4. Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Exceptions to this policy will be made at the discretion of management.
5. Repeat Cancellations or No-Shows
Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future bookings or risk losing booking privileges.
6. Payment and Refunds
- If you cancel within the notice period, a full refund will be issued for pre-paid appointments.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will not qualify for a refund, but partial credits may be offered for future appointments at management’s discretion.
7. How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Contact us via email, phone, or our online booking system to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Ensure you receive confirmation of your change.
