COUPLES THERAPY

At Grey Matters Centre we work with all manner of couples. This may be: married, partners, family members, friendships etc

Couples usually come for therapy because they are worried about their relationship. Perhaps they don’t feel as close as they used to, maybe they are arguing quite a lot or it could be they are angry about something that the other person has done or is doing.

You may want your relationship back to how it used to be, or it might be your goals are to repair some damage between the two of you or maybe you want to enhance your relationship to be the best it can be?

At Grey Matters Centre we do not work with anyone who have previous convictions of sexual offences and/or are currently the focus of an on going police investigation or criminal justice proceedings. 

We do not work with current domestic violence/abuse and any court cases.
