HELP IN A CRISIS

*PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT A CRISIS SERVICE

A mental health crisis can feel overwhelming, frightening and deeply personal. What one person may find manageable may feel completely devastating for someone else. Every individual’s experience is unique, and your feelings are valid. A crisis may involve intense anxiety or panic attacks, hallucinations, paranoia, sudden emotional distress, relapse of serious mental health condition, or thoughts of suicide or self-harm. Whatever you are feeling, support is available.

If you are safe but struggling, you are welcome to reach out to us for counselling. We offer non-urgent emotional support, a listening ear and a safe place to talk – but we cannot provide emergency or crisis intervention.
