I’m an award-winning Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist, and I support adults who want practical, lasting change without having to relive the past. My work focuses on helping you feel calmer, more in control, and more confident in everyday life – even if you’ve been struggling for a long time.
My approach
I work using Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy, a modern, evidence-based approach that combines solution-focused brief therapy with clinical hypnosis. Rather than analysing problems or digging into the past, we can focus on your preferred future – how you want to feel, function and live.
Sessions are collaborative, practical, and empowering. Together, we identify what’s already working, build on your strengths, and create clear, achievable steps forward. Hypnosis is used as a gentle, deeply relaxing state – similar to daydreaming – where your mind becomes more receptive to positive change. You remain in control at all times.
This approach helps many people reduce anxiety, regain confidence, break unhelpful habits, and feel more resilient in the face of life’s challenges.

What sessions are like
Sessions are calm, structured and supportive. We’ll begin by exploring what you would like to be different and building a clear picture of your goals. Each session includes guided relaxation and hypnosis to help reinforce the positive changes you’re working towards.
Many people find this approach helps them feel more hopeful, motivated, and able to move forward – even if they’ve tried other forms of support before.

Fees
Adults £60 per 50 minute sessions.
Please only book your initial session here. All future sessions are to be booked with Dean in person.
Cancellations of less than 48 hours notice will incur the full fee
