What to Expect When Joining

 
The process involves two simple stages:
 
1. Initial Meeting
An informal conversation to explore whether we are a good fit for one another. You can discuss availability, preferred rooms and whether you wish to bring existing clients or receive referrals from the centre. 
 
2. Second Meeting
If progressing, this meeting focuses on verification of documentation, policies and procedures to ensure everything is in place before you begin.
 
 
 
Current Areas of High Demand
We are particularly interested in hearing from practitioners offering specialisms not currently represented within the centre.  However, enquiries from all modalities and client groups are welcome.
 
 
 

We are currently seeking:

  • Children’s therapist
  • An Online Therapist
 

This role involves delivering online therapy from Grey Matters Centre using a block-booking arrangement.

GREY MATTERS INTEGRATION – Future Opportunities

Alongside Grey Matters Centre, we are developing Grey Matters Integration – a calm, professionally held space for group work, training, and facilitated programmes embodied practices, and facilitated programmes that support nervous-system regulation and integration.

The space is designed for practitioners who offer structured, thoughtful work in a contained and emotionally safe way.

We welcome expressions of interest from trauma-informed facilitators offering:

  • Training and workshops
  • Psycho-educational or therapeutic groups
  • Gentle movement or embodied practices
  • Somatic approaches
  • Mindfulness and meditation
  • Breathwork (regulated and non-intensive)
  • Facilitated support groups
 

This is not a therapy service, and the space is not intended for high-intensity, cathartic or un-contained work. 

We are particularly interested in practitioners whose work aligns with a calm, grounded, and ethically held approach – where safety, pacing, and integration are prioritised.
