Meet Fiona

Support for anxiety, panic attacks and low self-esteem

If anxiety, panic, overthinking or self-doubt have started taking over your life, you’re not alone.

From the outside, you may appear to be coping whilst internally feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or constantly on edge. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of worry, overthinking situations, struggling with confidence, or feeling like you’ve lost trust in yourself.

Panic attacks and anxiety can feel frightening and isolating, especially when your mind and body constantly feel alert, overwhelmed or exhausted. Sometimes people reach a point where they feel they are simply surviving day-to-day life rather than truly living it.

Using a person centred and integrative approach, we can work together to discover your new journey to happiness, fulfilment, and over-all health.

I will work with you at your own pace, reflecting on the wider picture. Through a number of sessions I would enable you to express how you feel and to feel heard in a safe and confidential environment. We will reflect on life events, working together to understand how our responses to those may be triggers to our behaviours and negative thinking. Exploring different coping strategies, working towards feeling more confident, happier and stronger, as you learn to be more positive, forgiving and resilient to yourself.

Together we can work towards improving your confidence, help you to learn and understand yourself again, building your self-worth and self-esteem.

As a therapist it is humbling, and I am ever grateful to have people share what they are going through, their true feelings, grief, pain, trauma, addiction, abuse, their real raw emotions which is impacting their lives with me. Family, friends and colleagues would describe me to be someone who genuinely cares for people and as a natural empath.

How we work together:

I  offer a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can begin to make sense of what’s happening beneath the anxiety, panic or low self-worth you may be experiencing.

Together, we can explore patterns of thinking, emotional overwhelm, self- criticism and the pressures that may have left you feeling stuck, disconnected or exhausted.

Therapy can help you feel emotionally calmer, more confident in yourself, and better able to manage anxious thoughts, panic responses and overwhelming emotions.
