Sarah Glover is a counsellor/psychotherapist at Grey Matters Centre. Sarah specialises in working with children and young people but also works with adults.

Sarah works privately in various North Lincolnshire schools as well as delivering individual children and young people sessions. She has also organised and delivered school staff group connectivity sessions as a result of recognising the need for school staff support. She also offers adult individual therapy sessions.

What treatment looks like
The therapy choices and interventions used by Sarah are underpinned with being person centred and integrative. She believes being a person centred therapist and working with a person’s emotional intelligence, self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills, is key to helping children and adults alike develop well and become successful in all that they choose.
