Are you worried about your child’s mental health? Have you seen a difference in your child? Have they become more withdrawn, low in mood, or just not themselves and you know something has changed?
Perhaps circumstances in the family have altered, such as a loss, or an addition, or merging and integrating families together?
It might be you don’t know what is going on for them, and that’s okay because we will find out together.
How we work together:
I use various types of therapy which will be used to assess at our meet and greet session, which you and your child will be invited to attend. This is when I will endeavour to gain your child’s trust so they will be comfortable to attend sessions and talk to me.
Sessions may include: talking, play, art or games therapy.
Giving your child a safe space to express themselves and be heard, to start walking through what they have brought to the session, building skills and resilience for the future.
Your child’s mental health is important to me. Please book a session today to start that journey.
N.B. I have had both of my Covid vaccinations and my booster.
