Hi, my name is Kelly and I am a therapeutic counsellor at Grey Matters Centre.

Counselling can help an individual with a wide range of different concerns, some of these concerns you may find below.

Counselling is here to help you find better ways of understanding yourself, make the changes you want to improve your mental health, well-being and explore things without being judged or advised what you ‘should’ be doing.

I can accommodate each client with their process, either you may feel you want to engage in counselling for as long as you require or may chose a specific amount of sessions to meet your goals.

I believe that people should be able to safely explore difficulties within a comfortable environment with a therapist who is understanding, respectful and non-judgemental. The relationship between the therapist and client is fundamental to the recovery process.
