Are you struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, sleeping problems, low self-esteem, or just not feeling yourself? Counselling can help you get through any of these issues. It can be difficult to face up to your problems but once you are ready to heal the end goal is amazing.

You will be listened to in a comfortable space where you will feel calm and relaxed. You will be able to think and have time to reflect. You will not be alone through this journey; we will be in it together to reach your goals. I am an integrative counsellor, so depending on what you want from therapy I can tailor different approaches to suit your individual needs and create a treatment plan that is right for you. Everyone is unique therefore it is important you feel happy with the treatment plan.

How we work together:
There will be an initial assessment, and this will help me create the right treatment plan for you. You will be able to talk about past experiences that have maybe caused how you are feeling now, and you will be able to open up to anything that is affecting you now. You will be able to tell me what your end goal is and what you are wanting to focus on through this therapy journey.

The first therapy session will enable you to go into more depth about your emotions and feelings. We will look at your aims and goals and together work out a treatment plan that suits you.

Through this journey you will learn coping strategies and management techniques which will help you channel your emotions in more productive ways. Through this process we can look at helping you to change your outlook on life, help you to change your ways of thinking and change negative thoughts into positive thoughts. If you are suffering from a mental health condition, we can look at how it is affecting you and look at the symptoms and help you cope with them.

The benefits from having therapy and achieving your goals is incredible. The benefits include learning to cope with situations you could not cope with before, you will see improvement in all areas of your life, you will learn more about yourself, you will achieve your goals, you will feel happier in your self and it will improve your quality of life. You will be so proud of yourself after your journey through therapy and you will not believe how much you have changed as a person.
