Having experienced anxiety, I am fully aware and understand the impact it can have on your mental and physical health. Therapy can help you take back control and manage your anxiety.  

How we work together:

Initially you will have an assessment and then an individual treatment plan unique to you will be put in place. In the following sessions you will learn strategies and techniques to help you manage your anxiety.

During your sessions you can talk about your experiences, how you are feeling emotionally, the challenges you are facing and the impact it is having on you. This will enable you to work towards improving the areas that are affecting you and your quality of life.

Throughout your therapeutic journey you will experience and be aware of personal improvements in yourself and your life, becoming a much happier person when you feel that you control and manage your anxiety and your anxiety does not control and manage you.

The benefits of having therapy and reaching your goals will help you become a more positive person and enable you to have a better quality of life. If you are ready to make changes, I am here to help you, whatever your end goal we will work together to get you there,
