Use this function to add time slots and room allocation, that are reserved and not chargeable as usual, these are part of your therapists allocated regular weekly bookings.
WARNING!!
Adding days & Times will RESERVE the Room at the selected time. It will not change your availability.
It will Mark the booking with the CLIENT NAME of ‘ALLOCATION’
If there is a booking already it will not override any bookings
